How To Send Your Question
HOW TO SEND YOUR QUESTION
- Select your language preference at the top left side of the portal and then click login on the top right side.
- If you are using the portal for the first time, click “Register”.
- Create a username, password, and enter an email address. Click on “Register’ to complete your registration. The registration is anonymous to protect your identity. Therefore, your name is not required. Remember your username and password for future use.
- When “Registration Successful” is displayed, click ‘login’ again, enter your username and password, and sign in.
- Click “Ask your question”
- Write a title, to identify the dialogue of Q&A regarding your specific case. For example, “Question about hemophilia in the family” or “Concern about mutation found in BRCA testing”, etc.
- Write your questions and assign a number to each new one (1-; 2-; 3-;) If you want to send documentation as an attachment, click on “Choose file” and proceed. If the documentation displays the patient ID (first name, last name, address, telephone number) you MUST hide this data in some way before sending, to protect the patient’s identity and privacy.
- Then, click on “Submit”.
- You will receive an email with your estimated waiting time.
